At ONWINBA, we stand behind the quality of our Products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

You can return your products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the products must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or not as ordered. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.

Cancellation,

As long as you contact us within 12 hours after placing the order, we can cancel the order. If you would like to cancel the order, there is a 10% restocking fee to cover transaction processing costs, personnel expenses, and more. These expenses increase our costs doing business which is why we must charge it if you want to cancel the order.

After the 12h, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. We source the products from various suppliers in different locations. So it becomes logistically impossible to manage.

Return & Refund

If you received the wrong item, please let us know via email. We will arrange an immediate delivery of the correct items or refund your payment if you do not want a replacement.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos and a video and send it to to the customer support email, we will replace your purchase after confirmation free of charge.

Our replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your item was received. If 30 days have passed, you may still be able to get a replacement for a discounted price.

Please Note: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

All refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving returned merchandise depending on your bank, there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

If you still have not received your refund in 2 weeks, please contact us at our support email.

 

NOTE: Do not call your credit card company for a chargeback as this will result in delays and additional paperwork on your behalf.
